I've made chilli chicken so many times but trust it always took more than 1 hour.. specially the frying part takes more time 🙂

Ha ha ! Expectation is 5 mins cooking in shorts and reality is 1 hr meal prep! Even it takes more 30 mins for me to cook this dish!

Cutting & Dicing Chicken - 5 minutes Peeling & Chopping Garlic + Ginger + Green Chillies - 5-10 minutes Dicing Onions + Pepper - 5 mins Marinating - 10-20 mins Frying chicken- 10-20 mins Stir fry + gravy thickening- 5-10 mins One Hour is a must for me😭

Recipe is good. But minimum of 1 hr will be taken for preparing the dish like cleaning chicken, marinating, frying chicken, chopping the veggies required...
