it was definitely not easy, ball was bouncing he came running full force and it was the first touch on the ball. I'm quite sure that most players wouldn't score it.

You need to take a better look, 2:47 Estrada crossed Torres and bumped his knee into Torres' foot making cross path with his own standing foot. It's clear for everyone to see till this day, I don't know why people still call it a dive. It may not be intentional, but it's a serious offence especially when they were in danger of getting scored on, you took out an attacking threat which was unfair against Spain. So he get's punished because he was either clumsy or too smart for his own good.

Besides, this is how football works because referees don't give a fuck when you act like nothing is wrong. You fall down and get back up like nothing is wrong, referee will take easy way out and do nothing instead of making a call.

He didn't trust the last defender to get the ball. It wouldn't have been a mistake (he did get the ball) but he couldn't get it out of bounds. It just bounced to Villa, who unlike many other players knew how to take immediate advantage.

If you watched it properly you would've seen that the defenders shin/knee hits Torres' right foot, only clipping it, but it hit his right foot into the back of his left causing him to trip.
