Child pose position

Bring yourself to a #tabletop position on all fours.
Bring hands out to shoulder height, knees at hip level, and relax your feet.
Look down in between the space of the hands and widen out the legs to the width of the mat.
Relax back on the heels of the feet and choose which variation suits you with the arms and hands. Breath for x4/6 natural breaths.
