When domestic violence is claimed by one party, and it is not true. It becomes nearly impossible to get rid of. Once the case is filed and labeled as a DV case, how can the other party dis credit this claim?

Hi, I have a question. If the judge ordered plaintiff to write up stipulation and they haven’t what would be the next step? I’ve reached out to them and no response. Can I fill out the stipulation myself and serve them?

For a family law hearing, yes, you can. The authority I would cite to is CA Rule of Court 5.125(d). You can google that to see the actual text of that Rule of Court.
Wait. Your office is a cubicle? 😁
