Thank you! I'm a law student and you definitely helped me understand Political Questions doctrine implications of judicial reviews. <3
excellent, excellent, helpful and informative video. Thank you!!
You forgot to mention that if you use dccs they play by a different set of rules nor are the commissioners are not judges, and you can ask dccs but you may go in for a modification but you could very well walk out with a increase My advise never go through dccs to file your modification paperwork with a court with a judge not commissioner You'll get better results
These laws are purpose driven but criminal at the same time. Judges have too much discretion and lies fly in court
Thank you so much for all the information!!!

spousal support lawyer and divorce lawyer are the same? Please let me know ,thank you !
Very informative Andy thank you.
New York has completely changed their website since you made this video. It's nothing like what you are showing. I cant get any info on a lawyer other then that he is registered.
Quick point. Where I'm from, they make you sign or even re-sign photocopied documents in blue ink just to validate that the document has been verified and the signature has been done by you, and not carried over by photo editing or photo copying. Also, another point. When you fill out forms, it's easier to navigate information written in blue, because black ink just blends in with the pre printed text on the form and makes it hard to read. So, carrying a blue inked pen is more practical.
Do you think submitting LORs WITH your application is helpful?
this is gonna suck!!
great video, thank you.
Interesting. I suspected this would be the reason. But it's interesting that in China they actually prefer legal documents to be signed in black. Not sure why.
Very helpful. Thanks for sharing. I work at a bank as a banker. I always need to deal with those kinda stuff.
law logic is surprisingly similar to computer science logic 🤔
You are so helpful. These are exactly the type of questions I have.
Thanks for always taking time to help us who are needing help.
Great video. What do I do after the power of attorney is signed by both parties and notarized? Do I have to mail it out or it’s a document that stays with me?
