They are not a part of the firm. But they are still a part of the RF, because Harry is the son of Charles and part of their family. But out of the firm. This visit had nothing to do with the RF. It was a visit to promote Invictus, meeting with the save the children foundation, and visiting the school they donate to, and raising awareness. Had nothing to do with the RF but Harry and Meghan’s interest and what they are passionate about.

Why can’t Meghan wear a shawl at least, put some clothes on!

He was handed Invictus by Catherine and William, so that Harry could try to stay off of drugs. The Invictus games, were not set up by Harry. The games were set up by the Royals, and they allowed Harry to run them, to keep him from doing illegal drugs. He was put in a rehab...for drug use, by the way.
