Loss of video in a couple spots. What happened?

Unfortunately, the early square body Suburbans (1973 generation) had issues with rust.
The sound is very bad, and in the USA we don’t use the metric system for measuring vehicles dimensions.
Seriously amateur production quality…. Visually it blacked out and there is an angry man talking in the background. What’s up with that?
