Basta Asian food walang sinabi ang American food. Sa 39 years ko nang nandito sa US ma swerte ako dahil marami akong kaibigan na Vietnamese, Chinese, Thailander, Korean and Cambodian nagpaturo akong magluto ng mga dishes nila. Chef lagyan mo ng coconut milk yan sauce mo lalong masmasarap.

I made this for lunch today and the peanut sauce is soooo good, i can eat it by itself 😊! The chicken is tender and not dry maybe because i followed the 3-minute cooking time per side, in high flame. Thanks again Chef RV for this recipe. Another addition to my home menu.😘

Chef RV ..baka naman pedeng next time turuan mo kami ng paggawa ng kutchinta using rice flour or glutinous rice flour or tapioca flour at may lye water din po...hindi ko kase alam kung ano tlga dapat kong gamitin ...yung super lambot lang po at medio parang basa pa yung paligid at ibabaw pag naluto.
