Bagoong Fried Rice, SIMPOL!
Make your lunch a little extra today! Try this Thai-inspired Bagoong Fried Rice Recipe that’s very #simpol and satisfying to recreate at home! Tag mo na ang mga kakilala mong paborito rin ito, Ka-simpol! 😋
Ingredients:
SET A (Caramel Pork)
¼ kilo pork
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup water
Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
SET B (Bagoong Rice)
2 tablespoon oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
3 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons bagoong alamang or shrimp paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
Chopped spring onions
Set C (Sides)
2 scrambled eggs
1 1/2 tablespoon hibe or dried shrimp
2 stalks long beans, chopped
Salt, to taste
Sliced cucumber
Diced tomatoes
Green Mango
Chopped Spring Onions

that bagoong fried rice is best with adobo sa asin/adobong natural. I recommend it guys ❤
Make it fast & simple by using tocino instread of cooking the sweet pork ..that’s our version at home. We also use the dried alamang instead of the hibe
