1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp caster sugar 50g butter
180ml water
180g pastry butter or butter
Ingredients for filling :
250g chicken meat, diced mixed with 1 tsp corn starch
100g button mushrooms, sliced
100g frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp chicken stock granule
20g butter
2 tbsp plain flour
150ml water

You can use butter Instead of pastry margarine

Pastry butter is just butter with a very high (80% or higher) butter fat content. In the USA (and many other countries) you can buy it under the brand names of "Truly Grass Fed" and "Kerrygold", both of which are Irish butters.
Love recipe can I use homemade butter instead of margarine or bakery butter

Hi I tried this but noticed that the base of the pie is soggy after baking... Do I need to bake the pie crust first before adding ingredient.
