These are good instructional and to the point videos without unnecessary crap and annoying music! Went ahead and subscribed because of that.

I love watching and hearing this chef cook. Very informative and entertaining. I have watched almost all his video and see it over and over and over again. I love it. On a gloomy rainy day when I feel sad I see his video it takes my blues away. There is magic.

I do the same thing. I watch them until I have them memorized, I print out the recipes when they are available and love the results. Its almost like going to cooking school. I just sit and BINGE watch his videos when there is nothing decent on TV which more and more is most of the time. Chef Gambo is Delightful!

This is a definite keeper! I changed it a bit by using garlic salt, scallions and toasted sesame seeds. I don't own a wok so just used a frying pan. This was SO easy to make and turned out yummy.
