नमस्कार, रेसिपी आहे चिकन मुघलाई. मुघलाई म्हंटल कि मुघल आठवतात. त्याच्या काळापासूनच या डिशची सुरुवात आहे. मुघल लोक खाण्याचे फार शौकीन होते. त्यामुळे त्याकाळच्या रेसिपी आजही पाहायला मिळतात आणि त्याची चवही भन्नाट आहे. एकदा नक्की करून बघा Chicken Mughlai.
चिकन 800 ग्रॅम
आलं लसूण पेस्ट दोन चमचे
लाल मिरची पावडर दोन चमचे
हळद अर्धा चमचा
मीठ दीड चमचा
फेटलेले दही चार चमचे
मसाल्यासाठी
जिरे दोन चमचे
दहा ते बारा काळीमिरी
तीन हिरवी वेलची
दोन चमचे धने
दोन चमचे चारोळी
दहा ते बारा काजूगर
सात ते आठ बदाम
चार ते पाच लाल मिरची
तीन कांदे उभा बारीक चिरून
कसुरी मेथी दोन ते तीन चमचे

One and a half teaspoon of salt
Four tablespoons of whipped yogurt

Two tablespoons of cumin
Ten to twelve blackberries
Three green cardamoms
Two tablespoons coriander
Two tablespoons charoli
Ten to twelve cashews
Seven to eight almonds
Four to five red peppers
Three onions stand finely chopped
