Today am sharing a traditional yet classy chicken recipe. Chicken luwombo is a famous type of chicken recipe in Uganda.
So what makes the luwombo chicken are the smoked baby banana leaves. The aroma they get while being smoked is the aroma you will get after cooking this chicken. This steamed chicken comes out very tender and tasty.
●For the fresh ingredients I used:
Carrots
Onions
Tomatoes
Green pepper
Potatoes
●For the dry ingredients:
Salt
Royco powder
Chicken curry powder
Am sorry I didn't get the clip were I was putting the dry ingredients but add them when your boiling the fresh ingredients

Just put in a saucepan and heat them then add little water which will help them boil. Also dont over boil
