I think the majority of Cooking Shows & Cookbooks (except for yours) complicate a recipe with so much information and ingredients, that it scares people from cooking a certain recipe!! (Especially Italian dishes)! That’s why I love love love your KZread cooking channel!! You simplify each recipe and make it so quickly, without over complicating it!!! Love love love your KZread Cooking Channel!! ❤️❤️❤️

Omg I’m a white sauce girl too!! I’m starting to realize that I think authentic Italians don’t really make white sauce? Because I swear the most authentic Italian places I’ve been too aren’t big with Alfredo. Maybe I’m wrong but I love Alfredo 🤤

When I was pregnant with my daughter. I was eighteen, my Mom said I have to teach you how to cook since your gonna have a family while she was at work she would call me and tell me what I was gonna make the family for dinner that night. My mother was an excellent cook who could make anything. She could never give me measurements, because she never measured anything she just eyed it up ! Best gift my Moma ever gave me was teaching me how to cook ! I love to cook for my family and everyone always brags about what a great cook I am. Nothing intimidates me in the kitchen I can make anything ! From wedding soup with fertea to my stuffed calamari, to a complete turkey dinner you name it, I can make it !! When I'm cooking I always think of my Momma. I sure do miss her ! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Tre... when you are filming your cooking show, pretend that you are in front of a live studio audience. Narrate everything like professor. Slow your thoughts down and make that moment the only moment existing & matters. No OVER THINKING! NO MAS! Don't see anything past the camera. You really are a natural. Nothing else matters at those moments. The girls are fine. Lui is great, Lui Jr is fine, pets are fine, bills paid. Love you, Tre.

Chicken Francese is actually the one thing I do make and isn't it supposed to be flour than egg, so it has that puffy crusty outside, unlike piccata that is smooth and light.
