Chicago Style Eats - Episode 0103 - Bone-In Pork Chop Sandwich
Born on Maxwell Street on Chicago's south side, the Bone-In Pork Chop Sandwich is a hearty, blue-collar handful that bursts forth with aroma and flavor. Maxwell Street is no longer the thriving strip of commerce it once was, but this sandwich keeps that memory alive.

I’ve started tasting the foods with all the ingredients, now (see Maxwell Street Polish), for at least one bite, just so I can speak from experience. Just me, though. I’m a goat.
You have to try Rico Benes!

HA! That's where we're headed for the next episode! Does Rico Bene's also serve a bone-in pork chop sandwich, or are you just making a recommendation? Thanks for watching and participating! It means a lot!

Why bone-in? If it didn't have a bone, it wouldn't be a pork chop.
