He was talking about making the body mounts onto the custom frame. His goal is to be able to lift the body off the frame to do big work on the engine. Check around 19:45

I definitely prefer the old wheels. They where so wrong but right for this car

That thing is cool as hell! Not an easy build with so little space to work with.

Cut the front frame extensions then weld in oversize plates with bolt holes to make flanges that unbolt that will simplify front part of body removal .

I like the Dog house Idea . Make it tapered to about a foot past tailshaft so engine is removed from interior . Make it HD and many bolts so its structural . Other wise the other option is to make body tilt up like a funny car but that seems difficult with a floor and electrical etc. For street driven ride.

I think you're going to have foggy windows and exhaust smell coming in through the dashboard when you get it together I would definitely try to get that engine in the engine bay lol but definitely the coolest CRX out there👍😎

Thanks for all your hardwork. You have the right recipe for views in that Honda. I always wanted to take a 90's Chrysler Sebring and stuff a 440 4spd under the dash. The amount of material (cars) available to convert to right wheel drive is almost endless. cheap too.

Could you make in the inside a van style dog house to access the engine from inside to work on it? Just curious. Keep up the good work.

Bro, look up bump steer. Thats your issue on the steering rack location. Longer tie rods wont help, that will just make more toe out lol.

This is the only CRX I've ever liked. Maybe you could set up the body so it hinges back on hydraulics to give you full engine access. Kinda like those full front clips that hinge forward

Just my humble opinion it looks so much better without front clip

looks great, gonna need a rad cap near that thermostat housing since that will be the highest point in the cooling system, otherwise you'll never get the air out out of it...
