Chevy Suburban, Tahoe, Avalanche, Silverado, Express, GMC Yukon Injector Circuit Open! No Power! FIX

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this video, I show in detail how to RESOLVE/FIX an Injector Circuit Open issue that arose out of nowhere! The vehicle in this video is a 2007 Chevy Suburban with a 6.0L engine. The problem started when I woke up to start the vehicle in the morning. The following trouble codes popped up... P0201, P0203, P0205 and P0207. These codes are related to the driver side fuel injectors and coils.

Ok i really got to admit i was gonna initally comment something along the lines of "the blind leading the blind" but about half way through you completely changed my mind! (Ive been wrenching as long as i can remember, i was born into this almost 40 years ago) but this guy knows his shit! This is the definition of "Let Him Cook" & "Just Trust The Process" 😂 well done sir!!

Man thanks you just saved me a lot of time and money. One blown coil after 350,000 miles on 2007 chevy avalanche. 30 minutes top troubleshooting and changing one out. I'm ordering a whole set now. Again may God bless you to continue sharing your knowledge.

You absolutly ROCK! I had the same issue and you directed me right to the failed coil. It took 4 fuses but so worth it. I had spent the whole day following wires until I came to your vid. Dude I'm saying an awesome prayer for you of thanks for the time and motivation to help us out. Nice job!

Had the same issue in my 05 tahoe after I replaced injectors and coils with ac delco new parts... There is a difference between ac delco: USA, Mexico, Canada, and China. Nowadays if I can't find ac delco: USA, or Mexico. I am forced to go with GM Genuine parts straight from the US plant. I just rounded up all the parts to replace the entire Fuel, evap, and brake systems on 'Hawkeye' it took months to find all gm genuine or ac delco us. Good luck and awesome video, keep up the great work!!!

There's nothing stopping parts suppliers (even factory name brand suppliers) from going to cheaper off brand parts and putting their name on it. If those off brand parts cost 1/4 the price of a name brand part, and there's no failures, their profit margin goes that much higher. Even if they have a failure here and there, they've profited so much on the cheaper parts that they can afford to give a free replacement to the customer....and still be deep in the green when it comes to profit. No one wants to talk about that. Its always China this, China that. Maybe China is making the parts. But someone in America had to put that Chinese part in an American name brand box, with the correct stampings on it to look like its American made. There's no discussion on that. Like its taboo to talk about American companies cheating American people. There's other KZread channels that see this kind of comment as poison. A few actually delete my comment when I say stuff like this.

So let me get this right. You unplugged an ignition coil, had a 10amp fuse for Bank A (slot 23) , started the vehicle. Since it did NOT blow, you determined the coil was bad. The first coil you tested on (unplugged coil), it did blow, so we know the ignition coil was good. Is that correct?

If you are having issues on all even cylinders, which I've seen many times, you have a bad o2 sensor. Check and see if the wiring to the o2 sensor is not burned on the exhaust. The 02 sensor is the culprit though. Thanks,
