I was about to say it was not the MAF. I have done many of these. Replace the valve covers and the PVC valve all together you’ll be set

@@TerenceDIY also. Since you were so responsive and you seem like a genuine guy. I respect that. I do a lot of videos and it is annoying. No one respect how hard this is. You did a great job. I noticed how half way in you caught it and it’s all good. The first time I figured out the issue it was accident. No jk. The TC abs etc we’re all going off and no drivability. I was on it for a minute with the customer. I called it a night and sent to toss back on the cover and guess what. I hit that hose and it went crazy. I replaced the hose. It was 3 inches and it was so hard to find. Pure luck. I have been dealing lately with a. Similar vehicle. I got the ABS situated by Repairing the grounds underneath the vehicle. You have two in the front underneath the driver tire and the plate will rust out. I have zero power probe ground. Also a couple in the back. I would like to ask I’m having a issue and I believe it’s all built in. Crack case ventilation and the valve covers. I will be doing a video here today maybe, if not soon, but the ground fixed the ABS issue and my love data is over correcting, also a loud know after I cleaned throttle body’s and relearned it to the vehicle? So what do you think is my issue?? This is a huge job and I have been at this 2008 Chevy Tahoe Z71 for a minute. It has a lot of aftermarket so it’s a pain, I will figure it out and I should have a update soon? Also it is triggering all the O2Sensors…. I’m thinking the gas pressure valve like you mentioned but if you rewind. That would be set off do to a air leak? I think I have it and I will know today. This car must be repaired. I do not quit, have any suggestions other then what I have already gone over please let me know. Maybe secondary air pump or MAF. However. I have checked both of those also the FPS. All you need to ever do incase you have never thought of this I will say one thing. You could have checked the MAF by simply unplugging the MAF while running, if the vehicle acts worse. Well. That is working 90% of the time…. I did it with all three of the mentioned. So, unless a rocker arm is bad, I don’t think so. Maybe, then it’s a problem with the valve cover with a built PCV valve. Or crank case…. IF YIU HAVE ANY ADVICE ITS ALWAYS APPRECIATED. Great video also, I like how you took you time and explained things very well. Best I have seen yet. I get one in while I can but it’s hard. Thank you for the reminder and I think you helped me solve my issue sir. I work on a lot of vehicles/motors. This was a great reminder of something I had almost forgot and I hope my advice will help you some. Regards.

Hi Burl, the truck I wanted, in which is the ZR2 Silverado won't come out until next Summer or fall possibly. I gave up waiting and bought the Suburban for now. I am going to wait for the electric Silverado in which will come out in 2023. As far as the Mustang, it's been a terrible situation. My car has been gone for a year!!! They painted the car and it didn't turn out perfect so they are doing it over. It will be ready before Christmas guaranteed. This is what I was told and I am holding him to that. I really hate that my painter was not doing work at the time. That situation has hindered my progress. I CANNOT wait to get it back so I can start assembling it. So be on the look out for the "Mustang pick up from the paint shop video" to pop up on the channel. When I do get it back, I will post videos of the assembly every single day. Should be fun and entertaining. As always, thank you SO much for checking out my content. I really appreciate it.

That happened to me after changed the pcv valve cover I noticed that house was broken 😞

Issues simular with my Malibu lt. Ignition coil fixed it. Stabilitrak light is off after replacing the coil

And new ground wire too

Check fuel pressure. Easy to do.

Got a 2009 Chevy Silverado, and traction control abs and stabilitrack turned on, was your car making terrible sounds when turning and not putting enough power to the tires, also when you turned your engine off after a ride would it lurch and make a unwinding sound?

When those lights came on, there was a lack of power instantly and it shifted VERY hard out of first gear. That was it.

Hey man I got a 2007 GMC Yukon and stabilitrac and traction control came on after lift was put on but tan fine for 6 months but just recently had trouble starting up and now shifts hard from 1st to 2nd do you think that’s what it could be and I have the same code

I have a 08 Escalade & I removed the fuel rail on the passenger side. The cross tube is now leaking from the tube port on the rail. That bracket is damn near impossible to get back on. Any suggestions? It’s the bracket with the T6 bolt on it

@@TerenceDIY one more question. Do you know if the rubber o-ring that goes inside that fuel rail neck is a ring for the fuel rail neck itself, or the cross tube? Just wanna know where the o-ring should go before installing this thing back in place & screwing up another o-ring & spraying fuel everywhere…..again. Thanks brother!

@@chasewinssportspicks6790 , I am pretty sure it goes around the fuel rail neck. Please lube it up well with some oil to prevent it from splitting in half during installation.

I have suburban 2007 flex with p0171/p0174. It came after p0175 and the injectors changed. The alcohol was 50% and the fuel trim was reset, and it dropped to 3-4% but now it missfire, cant drive, barely idle .Then the other two code came. The new maf, fuel pump, throttle, new ignition cables. Smoke test for leak showed nothing. What can it be?? Evap? Map? Fuel pressure?

Did you replace the ignition coils? What about the entire throttle body did you replace it? Can you please tell me the long term fuel trims?

New battery new alternator too

I bought a new maf but the connection for the plug was on opposite side does that matter?

I have a 2005 escalade ext, basically an avalanche. I have a code that says my bank 1 is running lean. Also I get a message on my display that says stability system disabled. If I drive more than an hour, it does that hard shift from 1st to 2nd gear just like you mentioned. You think that's a valve cover gasket issue? Did that fix your hard shift issue? Or could a simple vacuum hose leak cause that too?

It could be a simple vacuum hose leak or the intake gasket (not vlave cover). I wish I were there to scan it and read the fuel trims. I would be able to tell you exactly what is causing it.

09 sierra. Stabilitrak/traction control light. Hard shifting. Running terribly. New MAF, 8 new plugs. Codes...c045500, p0307 misfire, and data incomplete message...any ideas? I've heard speed sensor, swps clip, o2 sensor. But not sure where to go from here. Any ideas?

Hi Tyler, There are two things that could be causing this, the coil on cylinder 7 or the fuel injector. Unplug the coil on cylinder 7 and see if it runs worse or the same. If it runs worse, then the coil is fine. Do the same with the injector. If it runs worse, then it's fine, but if there isn't any change from how it's currently running, then that is your issue. I wish I were there to help. I know these engine very well. One last question, how did it run before you changed the spark plugs? Thanks,

The stabilitrak and TC were intermittent. When it did happen the engine started running this way. Over the weekend it came on and now is on continuously. No change before or after plug change. Also, I am getting smoke on startup which was always an issue. When engine gets to operating temp it stops.

So this the reason the traction control light pop up & stabilak ?

What if you don't have any codes but have the warning lights? I'm no mechanic but like to learn and diy things when I can. Took truck to autozone and used their reader and only showed abs sensor.

folks dont ever clear codes until u have 100% verified thast issue was found and replaced. the code will give u info for diagnosing. clear codes after verified the fix repaired underlined issue.

I got an 07 escalade that the stabilitrak turn on and off all the time it has the 6.2 can you give me some ideas of what it could be ...where to start....I think I might start with the mass air flow sensor. what ls motors are prone to the manifold leak?

I'm having the same problem po171 I checked all my hoes there all good no cracks or anything I replaced the mass air flow sensor I did coil packs spark plugs and wire but not too long ago I had my motor mounts replaced and I'm wondering if they cracked my intake or something because when you replace the motor mounts you have to lift the motor up a little but ever since they did my motor mount I've been getting that code po171 I definitely need that smoke test machine but yeah ever since they did my motor mount I been getting that code now po171 but yeah i have a 2007 caddilac escalade I replaced the fuel pump myself replaced canister breather charcoal canister too but I'm confused why I'm getting that code now any help would be appreciated

It's a strong possibiliy that your intake gasket needs to be replaced. That was ultimately my issue. I have a very detailed video on my channel for the job.
