►About FobBattery:
I once had to change my own key fob battery and discovered there was no central resource on key fob batteries. So, I created the FobBattery website. Check out our website for photos, free guides, and a current list of brands we have built out a database of batteries and fobs for. fobbattery.com/

You give much better instructions than what was included in the manual. Thank you.
Thank you! Simple and to the point. I thought that I knew the point to pry, but I always get nervous about putting pressure on plastic bits like this.
Thank you! Fixed my problem when Volt would not start. Simple, easy fix!

This was a truly excellent video. It was clear, informative, succinct, yet provided all necessary information. I am very impressed and grateful as my key fob now works. Thank you.
I love these kinds of vids. I am not a car guy, but I have by myself done several repairs and replacements on my car
Thank you! I was able to follow the instructions while watching it.
That was way easier than I'm used to. have a like for the quick way to pop the fob apart
My key not coming out....what should I do? I just learned to pay attention. This particular video is for newer models. My car is made in 2014. I found other video of yours and it helped me to change the battery in my key. I am so grateful for your videos!! It is amazing how important the little key battery can be, because we couldn't start huge vehicle without it. Thank you very much!
Thanks for the concise quick easy instructions, much appreciated 🎉
This video was very helpful. Quick and easy instructions.
Just followed your instructions THANK YOU! just an FYI i pulled the battery and it was 3.02 volts i thought that would be good enough as its a 3 volt battery, but when i took reading of new battery it was 3.38 volts so I swapped out the old for new.
Ok prying off the cover with the key blade was genius. No screwdriver required!

Thank you!!

You are a genious.. thanks
Thank you
Thankyou!:)
thank you bruh
I wonder why so many people call a straight blade, AKA slotted, screwdriver a "flathead" screwdriver. It'll work on either flathead or roundhead slotted screws; just not on Phillips, Torx, etc.
Thanks. I'm always afraid I'll crack these when I open them. No this time!!
🎉
Thank you
