60g . . . Whipping cream
35g . . . Unsalted butter
☆You can adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your chestnuts
▷Storage
Transfer the cooled chestnut jam to an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 2 months

沒看過這麼大顆的🌰秋冬之際,台灣的市場常有在賣糖炒栗子,偶爾會買來吃,但…很乾 不是很喜歡。這個做法不錯ㄟ,這個可以做蛋糕的夾層嗎?或塗吐司🍞?

您好,變硬係正常嘅,放室溫就會變翻柔軟啦,放冰箱記住要封到佢密密實實,唔好畀冰箱抽乾水,攞出嚟回溫就可以直接用啦🙂
