Just hit chest and shoulders in the gym? Here are some of my favorite mobility exercises to help your sore muscles recover and improve flexibility for your next lifting session. Flexibility training is incredibly important in order to be strong through a large range of motion. Enjoy :)

    I want to say a big thank you. I have suffered from shoulder problems the last few years and spent so much money on physiotherapy, chiropractors and osteopaths. None of them could fix me. I religiously done all the exercises on this video daily for the last few weeks and have fully recovered. Thank you so much!

    I swear to God... You are such an amazing trainer. These slow flow classes( front spilts deep stretch) I've been following are honestly the best and working. You really care and go through everything even if it takes longer and I can't thank you enough. I hope you get sooo blessed. Love love

    YAAAAAASSSSSS. On a separate note, could you do a practice that is for people with scoliosis and/or has upper back issues (knots, tightness, soreness, etc...)? I feel like I see so many routines for lower back, but upper is hard to find! Thanks!

    Started working as a tower climber a few months ago and it had been straining my shoulders pretty well. Started doing this every other day since you released it, tension and soreness gone. Please keep up the excellent work.

    I hold almost unbelievable amounts of tension in my shoulders, upper back and neck. I am fairly flexible and always have been, but this is a heaven sent. I do asana practice in the mornings and evenings and even though I practice pften my stress still seems to accumulatw in areas I can't seem to always release. This class is amazing and some of your movements are so unique, I would've never thought of it thank you!!!

    Thank you, thank you, thank you, Adee. I've been suffering from "non-injury shoulder pain" for months. If it wasn't for the COVID19, I would've been in surgery already. Yet after doing all your flows, followed by cool packs and infrared light therapy, it seems like surgery will be unnecessary. You are awesome.

    This is my favourite video for recovering from heavy barbel work, bench press and overhead. I work out before work at 4am and in the afternoon I do this video and definitely helping my recovery and flexibility. I'm very tight on my right side chest/shoulders but very tight on my left side legs

    Hello Adee! I did this routine before and just did it again after doing your Gentle Hip Opening Flow class! I love the exercises, flows, and holds so much!     Good morning Adee! I just did this class after my morning workout! My left shoulder has been getting sore a lot doing strength training.     O...M...G!!! I am SO glad I stumbled on your channel!!! I'm very active and do weight training, MMA, and HIIT six days a week.     Hello Adee! My arms, especially the forearms, are sore today but weren't yesterday! I haven't done this class in a while and just did it again today after mostly leg cardio workout!     im so happy i stumbled upon your channel. you look strong and healthy and your recovery yoga will surely help me alot day after my intense workouts. this is exactly what ive been looking for. ironically, many other similar videos were made by some skinny yogis that looked idk drained? now seeing you with some muscles gives me hope. i have no idea whether you lift or not, but the chances that you know how muscles "feel" are enough to me. so Im going to start your first practice by putting my trust in you.     After watching this, here are certainly some things I'll be incorporating in to my warmups, however there were quite a few times where I thought I'm not anywhere near flexible enough to even attempt some of these.
