    @@mariosnum1fan my sleep schedule is really whack (i sleep at 3-4 am, i wake up at usually 7 am) and have big visible eyebags and i feel sleepy half the time, yet i dont feel sleepy at all when it comes to chess and nelson's videos (most of the time)

    I love all of your live play commentary games. I also note how you manage time. I am sure you are playing somewhat slower than normal because you have to vocalize your thought process for our sakes. But you are good enough at short games that being low on time compared to your opponent is not an issue. Big two thumbs up for this format!

    I have dozed off during a few but that's totally a tribute to how many and often I watch even when I should stop. I watched this in two goes. Always great hearing the thinking process particularly with that g6 block which I get stuck on.

    Very much awake all through. Excellent vid. I'm currently watching otb in Iceland open tournament. Sometimes I get very frustrated by the players taking so much time over what seems simple moves. This explains why they do that. Even at the expense of putting themselves in time pressure.

    Sir I have been enjoying your videos. I appreciate that you may already have one (going through them at the moment). I would like to see a video with Rules of Thumbs i.e. Bishops over Knights or Pawns taking in the direction of the centre of the board. A recent video on tackling knight by moving the King above or to the side of the Knight and not diagonally (unless a extra square away) was useful.

    15:00 Since you spent 4 minutes contemplating this move, I'd like to ask what was wrong with Qxe5? Because that came to my mind almost immediately and sets up the same checkmate pattern with Bh8, then Qg7.

    Obvious Re8 threatening favorable trade by black which seems to be the theme with white trying to barrage seems to be issue. If black has connected rooks like that i guess it will never work.

    at 37:20 that was a 5 second move. Even though you looked at the move before, a few seconds more would have prevented the blunder.That black pawn needed to be there.

    Yes Nelson. I actually saw in advance what ended up happening. Taking that pawn on e4 was a HUGE mistake. I saw rook taking bishop and then you taking that rook with your queen and then his queen checking and you loosing your queen.

    At 17:00, I believe Qxe5 is mate in 2: Bh9 and Qg7#... except for a queen sacrifice delay on b2! or e3!.

    Couldn't Black move either of his rooks to the e file and stop the mate from happening? White could play Qd4 and Black would then force a queen trade, ending the threat.

    At 41:15, after c5, why does black take the pawn with queen? Why not Qb3 instead. Thats a threath of mate in one move. Perhaps Bd3 is a anoying defence there?

    That sucks. Kxe4 literally ended the game. Makes sense. That pawn was preventing skewer being formed. Still bit too tricky to handle with 2 rooks though
