At your local appliance stores. But most of the time you will get it online for sure.

On mines the cap that holding the ribbon cable veryyyy hard to take off

It suppose to come out the ribbon cable shouldn't be hard to remove.

Do i have to still be careful if i get shock

Well you will have to change the keypad then.
