Chef Sam from Lucky House Cantonese Private Kitchen shows you how to cook stir fried pork liver - the timing has to be just right for the outside to be slightly crunchy and the inside to be soft and tender. Pork liver is also rich in iron so it’s very nutritious. My wife’s mom used to cook this for her and she really missed it. Although my style and ingredients is different to what my MIL did, my wife really love the dish! Hope you like it too!

this recipe reminds me of my grandma cooking when she's still alive, but with much more wine to remove the smell of the liver. I miss my grandma now haha.
