I deny calling this an interview.. its the most defined and refined conversation which will cleanse your soul.. Today I got to know What a true journalist is and what a real chef is, more precisely what a real and true human being is.. Best of the best neelesh sir and Chef brar sahab... 😍 Chef Brar came rich but walked away richer, but it is me (a listener) who walked away richest 😇

All episode and guests have been very nice but this one with Ranveer Brar, connected to my heart like nothing else . Thanks for the unseen support in my time of need.. By the grace of God I am fine now and am sure that I am hooked to your shows for life. Took a lot of positives from all the episodes and will try to imbibe them in my life to be a better human.

Watched the whole interview without skipping and it's 3:27 am right now and felt so connected and resonate so much as a punjabi and a son. What hit me most was when I too realized that today I'm 38 and I lost my dad when he was 47 and I was about 24 and I honestly don't remember if I ever said I love you papa 💔.

I have watched almost all the episodes of this series, and this is perhaps the best of the lot. Ranveer is so articulate and rooted. Nilesh is again the best person to talk to as usual. Especially liked the introduction of your team. Sometimes it happens that they get lost in the background after putting in so much hard work, sometimes even more, gestures like this are a great source of personal motivation. Please include them more often and in even more creative ways. Thank you.

This is the most beautiful conversation, film documentary or interview I have ever watched in my life. All filmmakers should watch this. When two beautiful human being meet script is not needed, no expensive camera needed and most importantly no retakes needed...as an audience I have watched everything I need. This piece of video has has given me so many different perspective about food, human, education and ofcourse life. I am not the same person who started watching this video. This piece of small conversation has changed something in me. Wow...Neelesh please keep making this art and I cannot thank you enough for making this interview and sharing it with the world. I agree with most of the comments here....... So KZread was invented so that Neelesh and Ranveer conversation could be shared and heard in the world.

What an beautiful slow conversation of 2 mature, full of life souls. Enjoyed every bit of it. Been a Ranveer fan for years for his something different attitude towards cooking, his taking us back to where we all came from. He is somebody who has changed the way we all look at food, away from commercial ways. His soothing way of talking of food makes me nostalgic and brings up that deep rooted old traditions of enjoying cooking and being slow. Lots of love and best wishes to these genuine souls ❤️🤗

Let's not call this interview... It's something beyond description.. there are layers to entire episode where one laughs, cries, feel proud, feel shattered... It pushes you to self introspect... So much to learn and so much to relate, God bless you both and also to the team to capture the emotions so truly..

It was so enriching. The entire program format, the beautiful locales and the relaxed conversation has given seious takeaways. I just feel that the interviewer was able to bring out the best from the interviewee. It's an appropriate case study for students of journalism on the revival of the now lost interviewing tehnique which makes for a good human interest story with universal appeal.
