Thank you so much for this beautiful interview, Mr. Misra. I studied engineering from MNREC in the 90s. Tigmanshu painted such a vivid, moving picture of Allahabad. The long form format you came up with is so beautiful.

I can listen to Mr.Dhulia and Mr.Misra all day, seven days. What an interview. Such divine and spiritual aesthetics.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting Tigmanshuji on your show. He's such a wonderful storyteller. I can just sit and listen to him all day long. The passion and interest he invokes in an individual by his story telling is just amazing. He made the story about the train so wonderful and I could so connect to what he said about how he feels jab Koi Jaati hui train dekhte hai to. Just so mesmerizing!!

The way he narrates his city Allahabad, leaves me so engrossed in this interview. This was indeed slow but not boring, the essence of this interview lies in its slow narrative.

In this entire interview, Tigmansu Dhulia never took that long pause untill asked about irrfan and his health.That pause hit me like anything. It shows his love and concern for him.True friendship goals.

i saw it for the first time in the eve of 27th April, 2020 ... Tigmanshu sir's voice kept on ringing in my head when the bad news came! I don't think I will be able to get over it ever! i wish "thik ho jayega woh" could actually come true!

Today Irfan died...😥😥😥 Bhagwan unki aatma ko shanti de 🙏 he was among one of the few gentlemen's of Bollywood

Coming from the mountainous region of Kashmir, I so love the rural northern plains of India. There some beauty in it that always drew me towards it. Especially in winters. Oh, the banana tress, babool trees, pea cocks , the farmlands, dirt roads, and when it rains in the plains, that scent of the earth. Oh my God, this Whole interview transported me to that whole world. Thank you Nilesh.

He so amazing that his niece wanted a divorce from an abusing husband(facing extreme domestic violence) and he said she should stay there and I would not take any action... That girl was my senior in college.

He is a real Allahabadi at heart. Amazing person.

I can totally relate to Tigmanshu as i was born in Allahabad and also graduated from Allahabd University, each line of Tigmanshu brings smile on my face .

In the end when Tigmanshu Dhulia said , “make sure we have lots of Bathua...” and then “Bathue ka Raita” A true UP walla! This is the beauty of this slow interview, it shows the real person.

Kaash Irrfan ji ka ek slow Interview, there was so much to learn from him.

This interview is an absolute gem a lot learnings to abstract from this 1 hour 14mins 24 seconds. Slow interview not only takes the guest into a different space but also the viewers. It just shows that storytelling can be any form and in any given setup.

To think he left Allahabad for Mumbai. I left Mumbai for Los Angeles to be a professor. I made my dreams come true. I can emphasize Irrfan as he wanted more recognition. He did get a lot and wanted more. Never found peace So sad. RIP IRRFAN

Neelesh wishes if someday he (Irfan Khan) may come for slow interview. Just beautiful. Love the way you interview. More than the aptness of the questions, its the silence you maintain after asking few questions, that makes it so lovely. allowing the guest to soak in his memories or thoughts. Two examples in this interview - 1) When Tigmanshu ji explains the incident of his father watching him smoke and 2) the question about Irfan's health.

@@AjayKumar-tb9kf Ha Ajay, M abhi yhin soch rha tha ki itna legend actor hume chod ke chala gya. Par agar irfan sir iss interview pe aate toh hum sbhi ko unki life ke baare me unke baare me khoob pta chalta. Such a great man. I still am not able to comprehend the situation.

Nearly 2 am and I'm watching it, amazing slow interview. Best way to spend quality time.

One thing that I love crying to is stories of "Yaadon Ka Idiot Box With Neelesh Misra". When I listen to those stories it feels like that it has purified my heart.

The slow interview will always feel empty without his interview.... sosad RIP

I am just loving this series "The Slow Interview". This amazes me how an interview can be so raw, soothing and natural. The best thing to make my weekends amazing.
