I can listen to him for the entire day. His love for food is so genuine that he wants it to spread among others and that makes him different from all the other celebrity cooks. The way he teaches tiny little details reflects the respect he has towards food and cooking. Wish one day to meet him in person.

The episode features my favourite Chef....he teaches life lessons while connecting you to food. And chef ka priy mitr 'Dhania' is the cherry on the cake. I can just listen to him for hours together. ❤️ And the way he simplifies cooking is to die for. He has my heart. ❤️❤️🎉🎉

Chef Brar thx for this interview. Thank you for the Bengali comments. I am a Bengali raised in Gujarat and have a Bangla soul with a Gujarati brain. My palate is international. I have watch you from the US and learned Indian cooking from your episodes filmed during your motorcycle trips to rural India. I traveled across India on a Yezdi in 1978 and hence the fascination with your earlier show. In 2017 I drove 9,300 miles from California to Alaska beyond the Article Circle to the edge of the Prudhoe Bay. In that month with an Instant Pot, Air fryer etc. we ate Samosas, Patra, Kitchdi, Rajma Chawal etc. all Indian vegetarian foods cooked at campsites in the US and Canada. Watching your KZread episodes gave me training to execute meals in less than an hour from prep-time to plating. My wife also follows your videos. She is a Bengali born in Punjab (ardent Rajma-chawal) lady. Thanks for all the years of delightful cooking shows for the uninitiated in the kitchen.

Ranveer is a great source of culinary history and food in general.

Chef iam from the tourism trade a management post graduate with no interest in cooking till the lock down last year .In the lockdown as I had plenty of time I came across your channel slowly watching you I seem to have developed a liking for the culinary art now even my wife calls me for some dishes .You absolutely rock chef 👍 yes iam also a Brar from Moga Faridkot area

You call him a chef, I call him one of the best storytellers - just that he knows how to tell a story on the plate as well. Of course I love my hometown as well, all the stories in the alleyways in and around Kolkata, and beyond (W.B.), and I think my favourite dream is to open a small eatery, one day, at a small corner in the mountains, where I will bring on some of those stories from Bengal, for the people who couldn't be there. And Ranveer is the inspiration to keep the dream alive. BTW, I have forgiven him for the Kolkata biriyani related comment! ;)

You learn a lot from his youtube videos. I have passed on so much gyaan to people who love my cooking.. ki dekho ye aise hota hai and aisa kyun hota hai😎 Ardent fan of Ranveer..the person..the chef from raja rasoi days..today and always🤗🤗😍😍

I have literally grown up watching khana khazana. For me chef sanjeev kapoor has been a great influence. But RB... He is absolutely fab... Not just how he explains the nuances of different cuisines, but the way he makes you indulge into the essence of cooking is simply magical ❤️❤️❤️ my love for food grew even more after watching people like RB and SK.

It's impressive that Ranveer Brar pays tribute to the type of food he has been eating during his up bringing .. many of his videos include bengali daily food.. owing to his origins of living in a bengali community I can now understand why he does these videos

The food historian Pushpesh pant was my go to reference of food history, now Ranvir Brar is humorous as well as has indepth knowledge. Nizam of Hyderabad story was beautiful. I have a similar story to tell about oilseeds and cooking oils in India.And mustard oil has strong influence in cooking and pickling in N.India

As a Calcuttan, the first 10 seconds is infuriating. All of which is made up for and forgiven, the 15:06 part onwards... Thoroughly enjoyed everyhting in between and after. ❤
