the double M'S Marco Pierre White & Marcus Wareing. ...The 2 BEST REAL CHEFS ON THE PLANET! !! true Masters not sell out "Pop Star Chfs" ..sure both have some brands they back... but THEY do not sell FROZEN PRECOOKED food ...I've watch both these men and have listened DEEPLY to there true honest culinary philosophy. ...Masters

Freezing meats, fish and chicken is fine but no to rev dinners and pre prepared meals. You shouldn’t be eating that garbage anyway

Fresh is healthier because you can be sure of the quality of the product, for example if a supposedly fresh a apple is rotten you simply throw it away... but with a frozen carrot previously cutted in cubes how can you be sure that that carrot was rotten, contaminated, has additives or is poisoned, etc.

Because pre-cooked mass produced convenient food NEED chemicals to make it tasty and last longer. I don't know if that is necessarily bad, but it's a form of edible contaminant. As suppose to using salt, pepper, herbs and spices to season the food.

You really need people to explain or are you just trolling? lol! Even scientific intuition is enough as Cristian has demonstrated. But I'll explain it to you since you need one. Food stays out - it gets oxidized. Carbon is unstable, it naturally wants to bond with oxygen. Once it's stable, it releases energy. Reason you eat food is because you NEED this energy as well as the nutrients to bond to your body instead of oxygen (and maybe nitrogen etc), so that your body can produce proteins and amino acids. Your body can't USE oxidized food and so it just sits there, slowly breaking it down whenever there is energy, but it really DOES slow down your system. The exception to this is if you ferment food, in which case you're letting bacteria get a hold of the food, allowing it to activate. Scientific enough for you?

The scandal is that we have no Indian or Asian male shefs, yet all the dishes are nearly always Indian or Asian. We have this Warring guy who has never hear of of the dish and then goes on to pass judgement on it . If he has never tried the dish how then does he know it is a good rendition of it? With nearly all the dishes are Indian and Asians is it not time they had an Asian or Indian male as they will happily have a Asian or Indian women as this clip demonstrates but the male of Asian extraction is persona non grata! Had this happened to a black man thier would be a riot!
