Crazy to see Marcus go from being some buddy of Gordon Ramsay into becoming a truly formidable chef on his own. He's smart, because he is aware of changing and adapting to the times.

Marco reached the top 3star 5 red knives and forks. He sacrificed everything to reach the top then thought to him self that he was being judged by others who were not in the industry so he handed his badges back. And deservedly made him self comfortably off. Marco trained Ramsey and Ramsey trained this bloke. Would I pay £300 for a meal no I couldn't think I would if I could afford it when homeless jobless on out streets.
