I have the G6, nice car, my 755km version gets around 600km if charged to 90% so at least 650km true range if charged to 100%. smooth quiet fast and smart voice control no need to say Hi and back passenger says open window his window opens.

I guess my request is coming too late. But if you are still in China, I'd love to see you test out the Huawei cars. Specifically, I like to see the feature where the car : - autonomously find a parking spot - and then autonomously park the car - and then when you finish your shopping, etc, you click a button on your phone, and the car comes and find you!

This is XNGP, and Automated Valet Parking! Things will be soonly improved as no other brand can achieve with automated parking slot to another parking slot till end of 2025!

The Xpeng looks so much better than the Tesla. The Tesla's are 4 to 5 years old.

I like G6. More conversational design.

One odd outcome with the ev world is, as a kid I worked at delivering milk to UK homes, this was done on milk floats, a battery powered vehicle, the sound they made is pretty close to the ev sound. Not a high end sound, if your not a toff.

Compared to zeekr, true that zeekr looks and feels better (my opinion) but the xpeng is much more intelligent. At least in China. Other regions of the world might not enjoy the same driving assist capabilities. Perhaps in the near future because xpeng is working on expanding its autopilot features for other countries as well. After testing many Chinese brands I finally bought an Xpeng G9 and don't regret it

I do not agree with you, the design is subjective, the Zeekr design is more remarkable, less discreet, less effective... We need some time to discover all good specificities of this very rare design... The front of the vehicle should have a grid with little holes in the bodywork illustrating the dynamism of the car and making air curtains in front of the windshield and beside the wheels (air curtains)...

I actually follow all these guys they have good channels and have had a chat with 2 of them good blokes. Xeekr have the backing of Geely which has been operating now in Australia for over a decade so probably wait and see if the distributor understands the market and knows what they're doing not the Xpeng brand. You guys get together and push for NIO to come to Australia with a couple of battery swap stations going up and down the east coast and the battery leasing system that's available in China. to get these nay sayers complaining about charging times and thinking they have to replace the battery every year. It will work well added to a leasing system that are available now.

China dominates the global EV car markets. Good to see the viking finally having stopped using words like "fear" and similar phrases to instill fear and dread. No, the Xpeng Motors are much more durable and effective than even the Zeekr (one of the rare good Chinese brands) but the G6 is very discreet in design but very efficient! The quality is warrantied with 160000km or 8 years of warranty except if such long term security is forbidden in your country! No nedd of the Head Up Display as this was up to ADAS level 3, sibce ADAS level 4, the user watches mire the inside of the vehicle and the landscape than the road !

When an EV lacks 5 minute charging its too tethered for me. Five minute charging and parts support from Rock Auto. What's everbody mean by the EV "Kodak" references. There are 4 Kodak digital cameras for sale at a local retail store. What's with Kodak and EVs? Do the cameras explode?

If that were/is the case, then there is nothing stopping this from being the case also for traditional ICE vehicles as well. It would not be a specific EV thing. Will Prowse from DIY Solar Power (KZread) recently mentioned in one of his videos opinionating on EVs, that a Ford combustion engine model in the USA can be remotely disabled, which could be utilized for example, in reposessions when the buyer defaults on payments. So remote control of a USA product, not a Chinese product. So don't be fooled into thinking these sort of features would be an EV specific thing and/or a Chinese plot. That is just anti-EV mischief.

I know we all use a ton of things made in china but I try to support products from countries that actually allow freedom of speech and have decent laws around automobile safety, crash testing etc. No way I am supporting the Chinese car industry.

But suit yourself. The Chinese cars that matter all achieve automotive safety certifcation just as vehicles do from other parts of the world. Sales would be difficult if they didn't.
