One unhealthy thing about having cancer is to assume that it's the ultimate death sentence. It is not. To have such a fear is psychosomatically bad and makes one health worse psychosomatically. You can fight and you have every reason to fight for. Also: you want to experience how robotaxis with autonomous level 5 driving alter the entire car world...all our streets. How the accidents reduce over 90%. It will be awesome - and you will still be with us.

Sam, I used to analyze drugs and published research on drugs in clinical trials. I don't know what kind of cancer your wife has (I am not a regular on your channel) but in general, if she has solid tumor, checkpoint inhibitors has pretty good efficacy. If she has heme type cancer, then CAR-Ts have one of the best efficacies. Lots of times, the insurance forces people on the cheaper chemos before moving up the more expensive biologics, which have greater efficacies. If none of the drugs she is on is working, you can enroll in a clinical trial (not yet approved by regulatory) and get treatment free. China actually just released pretty good data on a solid tumor drug recently, better than US oncology checkpoint inhibitors. Anyway, if you get to this point where none of the drugs are working, you can reply with your email and I can walk you through the process of finding a drug in clinical trial. Then you can ask your oncologist his/her thoughts. I reviewed lots of oncology drugs particularly the immunotherapies and they have helped lots of people even when the cancer has spread or is in late stage, so there's great deal of hope. Finally, if you are not Sam's wife and want to ask questions about drugs, clinical trial data, you can reply and I will answer your questions.

@@user-ml5ks8tm9w Who are you to say it's more serious? Maybe if YOU don't understand I invite you to look it up. Historians estimate that around 1,1 million people perished in Auschwitz during the less than 5 years of its existence. The majority, around 1 million people, were Jews. The second most numerous group, some 70 thousand, was the Poles, and the third most numerous, about 21 thousand, the Roma and Sinti. About 15 thousand Soviet POWs and some 12 thousand prisoners of other ethnic backgrounds (including Czechs, Byelorussians, Yugoslavians, French, Germans, and Austrians) also died there. In addition, Imagine just alone how many Russians have perished during WW2, how many Ukrainians and other nations from the European East-block died from the hand of the Nazi. The monsters from the Japanese unit 731 did horrible things same as the Nazi doctor Mengele. The soviet Gulag system and purges were also terrible.

Chinese people are very nice and great fun. The country might be communist but it's citizens are 100% capitalists. Even back then the rate of progress they were making was at warp speed. There were no EVs back then but they had already ditched petrol engines scooters for battery version. Those were the test bed. When I got back to the UK no one would believe how fast they were advancing. They laughed in my face said I was bonkers. Well they put in the hard graft and the finances to for years and years and now they are reaping the rewards. Good luck to them, they are to be admired. If we had done it in the west we would have been throwing the car manufacturers a ticker and tape parade. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

It's 2024, and we are more tied down by terms and ideologies than ever. If anything, in my mere 40 years of life as an Asian immigrant of 32 years to the Western world, who cares if a government is supposedly communist or socialist or democratic or whatever, if the government is well managed and is working to improve people's lives, that's a good government. And these days, I can't see anything good from the West, while the supposedly 'evil and communist' China has lifted 800 million people out of poverty, and we are witnessing the raise of a nation with 1.4 billion people. Like Deng Xiaoping said, "it doesn't matter if a cat is black or white, it is a good cat if it can catch a mouse".

I will tell you what he did... he was AGAINST WAR and so many in the SWAMP tied to the Military Industrial Complex and all that money were going to not be as rich with him in office... That's why they hate him. He had the world at peace like we haven't seen in decades. @@markplott4820 grandma, can you afford a Volvo? FYI, mark boy, Volvo is Chinese own. Remember the key bridge? Waterproof cars save lives, and EVs can be easily waterproofed. Some BYD models are waterproof. You want EVs, even EVs made in China, unless you and your children want to die. After all, the American military cannot resist the benefits of electric vehicles. Otherwise, the US soldiers will have to drive internal combustion vehicles to fight the Chinese driving EVs. The power is one reason, the small heat signature is two, easy waterproof is three, the small noise is four, and the small cost is five. The list goes on and on. Two things must be considered regarding a war between the US and China since they have already changed warfare: drones and electric vehicles. In these two areas, the US and China are close, and maybe China is slightly ahead of the US. For example, an electric tank is practically infrared stealth compared with an internal combustion tank. After all, the tank's engine is a huge heat source and a target. I am quite sure that the Chinese military will drive electric vehicles, if not already. Now, BYD makes cars in Mexico. The Mexican police will soon drive electric cars to chase criminals' multimillion-dollar sports cars. As a result, the drug dealers must also drive electric cars. So, military, police, and criminals are driving EVs, men must follow, and only left the old pussies want to drive an internal combustion vehicle.

Thanks for the interesting and informative video of your China trip. You were able to see and do some amazing things over in China and test drive some fabulous Chinese cars. As you have shown there are many incredible Chinese EVs on the market and the amazing thing is that they're going to continue to get better and cheaper over the next 10 years! The EVs available in just 10 years time will be mind blowingly sensational!

The plant is expected to have an annual capacity of 150,000 vehicles and will go into operation at the end of 2026. It is the second factory after Hungary with a focus on Europe.

Great video! A few points: 1) I hope your wife gets better soon mate. You must stay strong! 2) Regarding the so-called "ghost town," there's been a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding in the west about these. China handles development very differently compared to most other countries and has 5, 10, 15, 20, and even 30 year plans for urban development. Meaning it tends to develop entire neighbourhood before demand emerges, not after (most nations choose to do the latter). That's because ongoing urbanisation and large numbers of people moving from rural areas into the cities is going to remain a trend for the next decade at least. That area you filmed will be packed with people in 2-3 years. 3) I'm glad you pointed out the hypocrisy and ignorance of those not wanting to buy Chinese for political reasons - China hasn't fired a bullet towards another nation in almost 50 years (unlike the US and some of its vassal states, for example, which do so yearly and often illegally), China has also brought 800 million of its citizens out of poverty in the space of 30 years, not exactly evil empire stuff, contrary to what western mainstream media will have you believe.

Yeah, the 'Ghost Town' is simply a new city. It's easier to build a house, a new apartment building, a new subdivision on empty land. China scales that up to build an entire city on empty land. The cost is far lower, so they can put in excellent infrastructure. They infill with government offices and workers, schools, etc. More people come in to support those workers and buy cheap, before the rush, and a few years later, it's a thriving city. This is an ongoing process that happens daily in China. China urbanizes 10-20 million people each year, and they want to spread that around the country, rather than having everybody migrate into a few megacities. China has been doing macro-scale urbanization for decades and has another few decades to go. Compare with other countries which don't prebuild housing on a massive scale, and you can see the difference. They tend to concentrate into a single megacity, with maybe a couple other large cities, but the rest is stagnant, and the quality of life is poor due to overconegestion. Having a large number of "moderate" size (for China) cities connected by High Speed Rail works better (for China).

Protectionism (and lack of competition) leads to a decrease in progress, allowing non-protectionist technology and production to overtake its marketability. I want the North American Auto Industry production to remain competitive. Punitive taxation of ANY overseas production is, therefore, IMHO a route to failure as their companies gradually become more successful, both technologically and in terms of global dominance.
