Hello 🙏 in condos like this one, what does monthly rent usually include? Cleaning, laundry (bed sheets, bathroom towels), electricity, water, kitchen wares...? If not included these will cost a bit... thanks and congratulations on living in Thailand 👍🙏 I'm not sure I would choose Pattaya though 🙏

The monthly rent in this condo is about 12,000 Baht at the moment. Room cleaning is 500 Baht a time, including laundry for bed sheets, bathroom towels. Electricity and water bills depend on how much you use, normally 1,500 Baht a month. Thanks for watching!

I got this and cleaning and bedding/towels change was every day, no extra cost. Electrvity and water were not chraged separately. I just paid the condo and it included all. But sure it cost more than 500$.

CAN YOU RENT THESE ROOMS BY THE MONTH LIKE FOR A HOLIDAY AND IF SO YOU LEFT NO CONTACT INFORMATION ANYWAY GREAT VIDEO

I think the daily rate is from about 1000 Baht per day at the moment. Yes, it's guest free. It's about 1.5 km from walking street. Thanks for watching.
