Agreed you get full width of condo in each area bedroom, living room , and kitchen/bathroom can easily put blinds or shutters up to close off bedroom if you wanted to

The one bedroom would be the perfect size for me. You can have the windows tinted on that divider wall to better separate the bedroom and living room. Good deal.

"Spacious" ocean views seems like a "Pattaya" requirement.👍 Another excellent sales pitch ma'am. 👍

Very nice condo and views for just over GBP46,000 plus cheap maintenance fee of GBP12 per month. I love it. Hopefully one is available when I come over early next year.

Yeah! The studio is plenty enough for me if I'm just going to be once or twice a year for a vacation 😊

I gave it thumbs up because I like the condo and the building

Spacious condo! All the new condos are like shoe boxes - I'd be constantly running into furniture or walls. These older condos have much more space for the money. If I ever buy a condo in Thailand, I'll look for an older one like this.

For sure in the bedroom it would be a HUGE ONE probably in the Bat room as well

I really like the 48 sqm place--it's enough room for me and a great price. That one bedroom place (145 sqm) is fantastic but has more space than I really need.

If you look in the description only the studio is 60k usd the rest are 200k - 430k usd (15.7m tbh!!!) that’s crazy you can live in Miami for cheaper

Yes well these videos are marketed for foreign buyers who are financial and want to retire in thailand and can qualify for extended visa requirements so is marketed to those people
