Well, View Talay 5 is beside View Talay 7, which you can see from my balcony. So they are almost on the same location, right on the Jomtien Beach. But View Talay 5 is older than View Talay 7. View Talay 6 is located in central pattaya, right on the Pattaya Beach, beside the big Central Festival shopping mall. So it has the best location but is most expensive. I prefer View Talay 6 if money is not a problem.

For View Talay 7, you can add this LINE ID: 0819882908 to contact the agent. You may get a deal of 9,000 Baht a month if you stay a minimum of 3 months or more at the moment. Laundry service is 400 Baht a time including cleaning the room, changing, and washing bedding.
