Also buying adjustable dumbbell pair. It has came to my notice about two kind of steel plates. 1st one MS steel coated with steel coating (Rs.85/- Per KG) & 2nd one is Crome steel which they say entire steel plate (Rs.115/- per KG) please guide what to buy?

How to decide good quality hexagon dumbbells? I have recently bought Hexa dumbbells from local dealer which has costed me Rs.130/-KG. (Company name - Coguer) paji will you suggest about it’s quality as I want to buy more 🙏🏻

I never heard this company name cougar, it must be some local Indian company but it does not mean it’s not good quality. There are so many local rubber factories in Punjab as well which are making high quality of hexagon dumbbells and selling it all over Indian online and offline. U can check ur hexagon dumbbells yourself, make sure there is not gap in the hexagon rubber and grip area, make sure there is no grease leakage in your dumbbells, last thing u have to check is DUMBBELL’s rubber should be fixed, try to shake it with your hand, if rubber is fixed then ur dumbbells will last long That’s all u have to check to know it’s quality

It won't decrease height unless you are really young, I recomend being atleast 14 years old before starting.

Sir i have adjustable dumbells. I have been able to load upto 17kg for each dumbell but can't increase further as dumbell does not have space. Do you recommend buying chrome plates to use in the adjustable dumbell rods so that I can make 25 or 30 kg dumbells ? Is it good option?Please help.
