Done this but layered two tortillas as the base with sauce and cheese between them.

When I wanted pizza I would just add some medium sized tortilla and add spicy tomato sauce with mozerela cheez and put it in the microwave for one minute and it was not good not bad the good news is it turned out great the bad news ..... The microwave got grease everywhere inside
