Have been chasing this evap code for a very long time, resistance high could mean anything in the electrical system, it could be the power, ground or signal wires..could be a pcm, connector or bad grounds or wiring thats decayed along the body, dirty pins or bad repairs that were done before the car was purchased . The black wire is ground, next to that is the 5v power wire orange and the signal wire is the white one, I think I mentioned the wrong power wire.
