Pink Mauve (not purple mauve) looks very natural on us olive people. I thought the full on Pillowtalk original looks great on you 😊 Also, Revlon Rum Raisin (the original satin formula) would look great on you too. You are so right about online lipstick photos/swatches looking different in real life especially on olive skin tone. Will you be trying the Lisa Eldridge lipsticks? Those look great on everyone but the colors vary depending on the person 😔. I can never tell what color any of the natural shades is going too look on me.

@@keepingupwiththequeen Yep, I am olive too but I am slightly darker (and more green lol) than you 😊 I was shocked too that there is a spectrum of mauves. They all look good on us but each kind of mauve just gives off a different vibe, if you know what I mean. From my experience, purple mauves and even pink lipsticks look purple on me and make me look fierce, grungey, zombie-ish or villain-ish 😂 so I tend to avoid those.

Haha i completely agree with you! My struggle is with nude lipsticks! Its so hard to find one that doesnt make me look dead. Its the reason i often go with mauve lipsticks. If you have any suggestions for nude lipsticks please teach all of us olive skintone people out there 🙏😂❤

I'm olive and I recently found out that I look great in pink mauve, but terrible in purple mauve. And because my skin tone is muted, I have to go for lip colors that are either sheer or have some nude in the color. I can never wear bubblegum pink, icy pink or hot pink.

I feel you! This pillow talk line does have a tiny bit of purple in the lipsticks, but not much at all so I think you would still like how they look 😘😊

I bought the original lipliner, after thinking about it since it came out. I like it but wish it were just a little rosier in tone. I think it looks good on you, though, very natural. It looks like the medium is closer to the color I am looking for as well. However, I do find these to be a little overpriced. Good review.

Thank you for your feedback my dear 😊 I think the original pillow talk can look ashy and gray ish on me with certain makeup look/ clothing I’m wearing just because of how much gray is in it. The medium pillow talk thou is stunning for any occasion 😍

How we can check the shade num yesterday i bought it my brother sented to me I don’t know how I can check the exact shade only pillow talk is written on the box I don’t know it’s original or medium shade plz help I’m from Pakistan 🇵🇰 😢

If it only says Pillow Talk then it’s the orgininal (the lighter color). The one that says Medium is the darker shade. I hope this helps 🙏💕

My favorite of the Charlotte Tilbury shades is called “So 90s”. It’s that rich spiced brown that all the 90s models would wear. It would look amazing on your olive skin tone. With a Smokey eye. Yes please !! That’s a look.
