Charlotte has taught that horse that he is safe in that environment, what a positive lesson that is for him; she is an incredible horsewoman ♥️♥️♥️
Lovely to see the horse stretch his neck but still using himself so well

Lovely ride. Super fun to watch.
Your philosophy is much like mine was as a teacher. Make it fun!
Such wise words,👍
❤ LOVE AND AGREE WITH YOUR MINDSET: TERRIFIC HORSEMANSHIP, IF NOT THE BEST.🏴❤
I think Charlotte is a great and lovely rider. Not sure why she is constantly spurring the horse at the walk though....

Think about the question you have just asked .......... This is this 4 year old Stallions first ever outing and seeing an audience plenty to spook and be upset about. Charlotte is gently maintaining contact with her heel to keep the stallions mind thinking about her as the rider and not what's going on around him. Yes we don't want to see poke poke poke but Charlotte is ensuring to the maximum degree that the horse is listening to her.
She is talking to much and spurring to much. But the audience is buying it all.

She talking so much because it is a class. I also taught my young horse that I should be able to have a conversation and she should not be bothered by it. Spurs, I watch that closely. You can only see it when the horse walk towards the camera. She is not using her spurs. She is only using the legs. With a young horse especially you always right with your legs. It helps them to pull in their tummy, use therefore their back and learn to step under. I hope that helps. I also thought initially that she used her spurs. ❤
