As always just like the horse , with her attitude and energy i slip back down deeper and softer (more relaxed) into the couch to listen to her. TRUST and RESPECT 🙏 Edited spelling

Extraordinary how calm and comfortable he really is. Look at that tail! Not ONE sign of stress or pain at all. All at this age and in this setting, it really is a testament to Charlotte's riding

@@jhamner9484 the one flaw of Charlotte’s riding, it’s true. But even then, it’s barely as bad as what others show, and more importantly, it doesn’t take away from the other more fundamental aspects which she does right like no one else. For Charlotte, it’s like 5 cm that need to change, that’s it, and the rest is perfect. Better than others who have the right frame but everything else is wrong. Dressage is not just a frame, too many people are putting too much importance on it

@@dominicweber I’m a massage therapist. I do appreciate her being MUCH more gentle in her training but I also understand what those centimeters can do to the entire body and brain of any animal. The pole is the brains gait way to the body. If it is under stress the whole body is under stress. Horses just don’t show pain until it’s excruciating. May not even be pain just discomfort and they won’t show that either unless it’s extreme or they are a special horse. Beasts of burden hide the biggest burdens from us😢

@@jhamner9484 that’s not true though. Horses in pain will show it, even if it’s just tail swishing

So...they breed horses for such spectacular gaits that even if there us a problem with the riding/training...you can't see it! If you wTch...this horse wants very much to get release in the neck and Charlotte is constantly lifting her hands to keep him up! I'm not saying this wrong....just is what it is!!

Im always amazed at how often i see floppy lousy hands on "Trainers" . Luckily the horses learn to adjust to the contant bouncing hands afainat their mouth. D grade on these hands

Does no one notice how severely and consistantly the poor horse is behind the vertical?? That is wrong! This is seriously bad dressage but everyone loves it and praises it. It is wrong to have the horse biting itself in the breast. The top most part of the horse during dressage is the EARS not the middle of the neck.

If you listened she did say that! She knows he’s behind the vertical because he’s a Young inexperienced horse who she is training slowly. As she said it will take her another five years to produce for Grand Prix. I think se done incredibly well.

Look at her bounce at the trot! Where is her leg strength? She is sliding all over the place. And why are her heels so far behind her shoulders? How can that poor horse relax with her in the saddle?

Whoever you are you are clueless! I was just marveling at how stable and correct a rider she is....every horse she rides looks better than I think they actually are! That is because she is an incredibly balanced rider who does not 'get in the way' of the horse...her record speaks for itself on various horses! That kind of record is because the girl can ride and train.

  • @dominicweber

That’s because her position is correct. Whatever you are doing is wrong, no rider should sit on a horse like on a chair. They should sit on a horse as if they’re standing: balanced.

You try schooling a four year old stallion ,whilst instructing for a crowd of at least 500 people . She is stable , she is fit enough to talk and ride for 30 mins .Plus this is a young horse that has never seen this kind of crowd so she is trying to anticipate him spooking and ask him to go correctly . I wish I could ride that well full stop, let alone in those circumstances .

Wow! What a way to loudly announce that you are completely ignorant about riding; she is rising to the trot, in rhythm & completely responsive to his green, baby ways. I am so fed up with people like you & your fellow keyboard riders slandering exceptional rider’s like Charlotte. Go back under your bridge with your fellow nasty, bitter, jealous & angry commentators because everyone is fed up with your bullying.
