Good old days! Back when viral videos, like this one and Potter Puppet Pals, were unique and fun to watch! Boy, do I sorely miss the old World Wide Web (and by extension, KZread) of the Windows XP/Vista/7 era! The current Web is full of boring and repetitive memes like "What Are Those" and "Darude - Sandstorm", combined with the website visuals of a hair design salon. Videos like Charlie The Unicorn and Leek Spin help me take my mind off the unfunny pigwash we have today.

this brings back so many hilarious WTF memories, like random floating, a random-ass leoplurodon, a random ass rickety bridge, and of course the letters randomly explode. Loved every minute of it and still do.

This brings me back to the good ol' days. Back when Chocolate Rain and the Numa Numa guy were popular. Not all of this PewDiePie crap. I enjoy videos now, but they were a LOT better back then. I really don't want to sound old, but, well, I knew and used KZread since 2005, which is almost 10 years ago. I just wish that new content could be as annoyingly creative as this, and won't sell out like the Annoying Orange. It used to be good. I think I almost went full Christian Bale here...

Those South Park creators have a freakin' gift with the episodes (that are 22 minutes, mind you) that they create on current events within only 6 days. I can't believe this is 16 years old! And I always forget this guy uploaded to YT 2 years before filmcow. The fact that there's recent comments on this just shows how much of an impact it's had.

This video is SUPER meta. You are either Charlie or the other 2 unicorns. When you first watch it, and until you love it, you are Charlie; serious, grounded in reality, you have no idea what you are doing watching this exept your idiot friends tell you it's great, and you feel a little violated after watching it. Then once you like it, you are the other 2 unicorns; it's an inside joke, you love the randomness, you quote the weird lines, and you love "taking your friends to cany mountain" by showing them this. It's really quite briliant. (I doubt that the creators actually intended it to be taken that way, but this is what lit classes have done to me).

It has been so long... I am barely able to remember my time as a lad with my aunt showing me KZread videos... A simpler time it was...

The deliver of that last line is *PERFECT* !! Gets me everytime.

I was re-reading the book "Animal farm" and something hit me. The raven, Moses, was preaching to other animals about "Sugarcandy mountain" - animals were said to go there after they die, and finally get their reward for hard work.I don't know if it's really connected to Charlie, but if not, it's still a cool coincidence.
