It looks like Amanda might not of been saved if it weren't for him, especially since the Spanish woman kept saying "no no" and refusing to help and telling the other men not to help. Scary to think what might of happened. I agree that people on the street must of known something was going on but no one wanted to get involved.

'Cleveland Kidnapping 'Hero' Charles Ramsey Used Donations To Buy A BMW And Now He's Broke' The Cleveland man who rose to fame after he appeared on television to tell the story of how he helped rescue three kidnapping victims is now apparently broke and jobless, despite receiving thousands in donations for his heroic efforts. The Daily Mail got an exclusive interview with Ramsey in which he confirms that he bought a BMW with some of the money he received and is now penniless. He also claims that he is homeless. www.businessinsider.com/charles-ramsey-broke-and-used-donations-to-buy-bmw-2013-7

Charles is the Superman. He wasn’t afraid nor did he hesitate to save her. The thought of somebody refusing her and wanting to take the credit. Life is that way. Very few people will save a woman. You have act like Amanda Berry did and have someone courageous at that very moment. That’s an act of God. Charles understands we have to allow them to heal. As he say keep playing it out.

He was just a person, who saw another person needed help. He went and help them (aka Amanda, Michelle and Gina). Charles was a ordinary person, who help someone in distress. He was been a good samaritan.
