That is the most well behaved goat I have ever seen.
In this modern day and age its heartening to see traditions being followed as they were in the past. Gives us a glimpse of all the events leading up to the coronation.

Le pays est en crise, les gens vont mourir de froid et le gouvernement anglais dépense des dizaines de millions de livres pour une personne morte avec l'âge de près de 100 ans ,pleine de milliards,pour montrer quoi ? moi je n'ai regardé meme pas 5 minutes la télé "a cet evènement" Il y a des problèmes graves dans le monde , crise, augmentation des prix, perte d'emplois, etc. Sont des mères, , des frères,sœurs,,colegi , des enfants, des grands-parents, des amis qui meurent chaque minute .Devant la mort nous sommes tous égaux, les télévisions parlent elle pour couvrir Macron dans ses bêtises.

Very interesting to see these historic events. My ancestors were Welsh, Scots-Irish and northern English and Danish with a little German and Yuchi/ Creek Native American too. Most Americans regardless of race have ancestry that traces back to the UK.

Throughout the antebellum period, high level political Americans developed a sort of mythology where they considered themselves the “true English” with their ethnic composition and political attitudes being more English/Anglo-Saxon than the actual British at the time. Really quite interesting

For starters Germans and Danishs have different languages, cultures and traditions, olus they are completly different countries. Even from one another. Europe is more than the UK. Even England is, Scottland and Wales are different from another. No one questions that, but you.

If I'm not mistaken, that goat is a mascot of the Royal Welsh Guards Regiment The tradition started that a goat, that is meant to be food for the soldiers, escaped its pen(?) and fought alongside the then Welsh Fusiliers during the Crimean War

@@gailcline2406 You're welcome, the British Military has tons of traditioms varying from unit to unit. There's a documentary that you can watch in YT called "In the Highest Traditions" that shows you those traditions

@@sumitagangopadhyay685 It's the Regimental Mascot of the Royal Welsh Guards Tradition started during the Crimean War when a goat strayed away from its pen(?) then march and fought alongside the then Welsh Fusiliers. It became the Regimental Mascot after that incident. Also, that mascot won't be the regiment's dinner. The goat's too precious for dinner, it even has a house for itself
Beautiful traditions, ceremonies. Also shows great love for God, service to the country and the people. "Blessed is the country whose God is the Lord."

I'm not Charles biggest fan, and most of us aren't but this does break my heart for him. Whether they are 96 or 46, losing your parents is a pain that is indescribable. I'm thinking of the entire royal family and hoping they can give in their own ways.

Yep, that's Lance Corporal Shenkin. He's from the Royal Herd of Welsh Kashmir goats that live on the Great Orme. He's been the regimental mascot for a few years

@@DearMindy Yes, but no at the same time It is the Welsh Guard's Regimental mascot If I'm not mistaken, the tradition started when a goat escaped its pen and march alongside the Welsh guards, and even charged with the troops at the enemy Russians

The goat is the mascot of the Royal Welsh Regiment of the British Army. A wild goat is thought to have strayed onto the battlefield and led the Royal Welsh Fusiliers' colour party from the field. A goat has served with the regiment ever since. In 1844 Queen Victoria presented the regiment with a Kashmir goat from her royal herd. All the goats are called William (or Gwyllim) Windsor.

Ie, mae Iesu Grist ein Arglwydd. To translate Yes, Jesus Christ is Lord. But, as I see it, King Charles is his faithful servant, just as her Majesty was. In these days when so many are unbelievers, that’s a great thing. To say ‘Jesus Christ is the King of Wales, not Charlie boyo’ is rather disrespectful. Especially as I don’t doubt that Charles would acknowledge that Christ is the ultimate King.
