Sir Charles was great as a player and even more as an analyst. So glad he is still part of the NBA.

As he often does, Charles is speaking the truth. He does not name names, but we know exactly who he is speaking about. The 2 "characters" that made sports analysis the mainstream circus that its is today. By dumbing down the actual analysis. Less facts, less stats, less strategy but more, drama, more narratives and more BS takes like "is all about the rings" and the Player x vs Player Y BS takes, as if basketball was an individual sport and not team sport instead.

Hearing Chuck talk about hockey with that Alabama drawl is so fun.

Second best PF of all Time. Great Entertainer, good Analyst. Who cares for some Rings. The Gold Medal with the Dream Team 1 is much more worth than a Ring.

Great as he is on the court, Chuck is better as an analyst. He is so honest. He is still my favorite player, though. I hope you could continue to be an analyst for basketball for a long time. I wish that I could be one of the lucky ones to receive even just a note from you.

Barkley is spot on about so many things. He is right about winning a championship not defining a career. I'd take Barkley's career all day over Horry. Role players are not getting paid more money for being on a championship team.

Sir Charles says it's Celtics in six? "Guaranteed"?! Then 100 bucks says it's Warriors, I'm taking it to a bookie. That's a valid point complementing Big Game James' notion of modern players. There's a visible genuine lack of strive for greatness and perfection and sadly Zion's case has become a great example of thereof. Love the pride Charles is showing in having represented his country on international level. The teams he was on in Barcelona and Atlanta were a joy to watch, his showmanship was such a nice added value to the games as well. I think international achievements have not been acknowledged enough in reference to American NBA players, for instance, you don't hear pundits mention Charles' two gold medals when discussing what great player he was; it's a very important part of a résumé and it definitely should be mentioned in one breath with NBA accolades.

I refuse to believe this man's contract is almost up. I get he's a grandfather, and he totally deserves the "rest" that he wants..... But if EJ can keep doing it with that many kids and grandkids, surely Chuck can too! I mean, in terms of "working" during the season, he works what? ONCE a week? Charles you’ve said you’ve hated the Bay Area for 20 years and have picked against the Warriors multiple times during their dynasty run i.e. picking the Grizzlies, the Rockets, the Cavaliers etc. After years of this, don’t be surprised when they bark back. That said, Charles is one of my all time favorites. Go Warriors!
