We made a Christmas Music Video! With all the trimmings… 🎄 🎉
We’ve had the Christmas feeling since the start of November when our friend Danny Malin of ‘Rate My Takeaway’ asked us to produce his latest charity Christmas music video. 🎶
We’ve known Danny for over a year and we said we’d love to be involved in his next charity project.
We finally got the go ahead on the 6th November, so it was all hands on deck to plan, schedule and organise locations and to figure out what the video would even be about..
It had to suit Dannys' brand and style, organic in feel and look, fun, Christmassy and include local fans and locations.
We had to ‘run and gun’ a few live performances; Bradford Lights Turn on with Heart Radio, White Rose letting us use their Polar Express grotto, our friends at ITV Emmerdale happily letting us shoot in the famous Village and Barnsley FC allowing a half time rendition of the song (whilst the sprinklers were turned on…) 💦
Our final shots were completed, we had a day to finish the edit, and have the screening with Danny and his team (and a beer), ready to go live December 1st.
All the songs proceed to go to Leeds Hospitals Charity, so we hope it does well, raises a few smiles, donations and the Christmas spirit! 🎅 🎉
