CHARCOAL GRILLED FLANK STEAK (1st person view cooking!!)
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video, I cook a flank steak also known as a bavette steak, seasoned with Reload Rub Chipotle Garlic seasoning and cook it hot and fast over Charcoal. Cooking over charcoal creates the wonderful Maillard Reaction which results in a SUPER savory and flavorful steak.
RECIPE :
1 Flank Steak
Olive Oil
Seasoning
Brush olive oil over the steak, season with your desired amount, its up to you! Place over extremely hot charcoal for approx. 3-4 min each side until the internal temperature gets to 125-130 degrees. Let rest for 5 to 10 min before slicing.

Cheeky BBQ thanks bro’
🤠 Sandals and Weber kettles…. I have dumped My chimney of coals into the kettle, And had Red hot embers of charcoal go through the bottom vent right onto the top of my exposed feet🤣 i’m extra careful about that now, usually I’ll put on something different for that part of the process🤣 Anyway thanks for the great video, I’m going to follow your lead and cook a hunk of flank steak on my weber tonight, i’m feeling very confident about it, hope my dinner guest will enjoy it!
I'm going to cook one here in a little bit. So I'm exited to see how it turns out.

@@thinbluesmokebbq2465 I love to grill! I've been doing it for years, but I'm not skilled at all cuts to have them turn out the best. But it's all edible. :)! I did a brisket on a small kettle grill using the snake method and 9 hours later it was awesome! No wrapping or any of that. The meat was still warm when I grabbed it off the grill, so it cooled down very slowly. But that was my first attempt at a brisket. Low and slow is Mt method for all good cuts these days!

@@thinbluesmokebbq2465 you remember that set it and forget commercial? That was me on a Sunday, and it was perfect. It did all those same tests that these guys shoot for and I did nothing but take a nap and chill. I just wish that I would have put more seasoning on it. Because I couldn't taste any garlic? But I'm not a pit master, I'm just a regular dude cooking some new stuff. If I had time to be a pit master all my laundry would be done. LMBO. Thanks for the reply bud. It's been a little bit since I have grilled. -5° here this morning. And I work in this, but it just prepares me for steelhead season. :) I appreciate you brother! Stay armed and stocked!
Do your thang bro. Flank Steak is no joke.✌🏿

Thanks man I appreciate it!
Looks so good! Flank steak is actually one I've never tried, so it's on the grocery list now! Can you do a video on beer can chicken? I'm terrible at grilling whole chicken, so need some tips!
