Try yoga and meditation… it can be one way to be able to tune in. Also listening to different frequencies of music instead of main stream artists. Their music is made at frequencies that block us I’m sure of it. I’m pretty new to this all so you can also do what I’m doing which is follow Wendy herself because she is bang on. So glad these wonderful people are sharing. The leaders of the world did not and they kept the knowledge for themselves. 2024 can be anything we make it 🎉❤

So much to unpack here, I Have to listen to it again! One of the things that really struck me was about “checking in with yourself “, even if you have to set a timer, ⏰keep checking in with yourself and the reminder that We Are Never Alone! 🤗 That’s something I need to keep hearing over and over again because sometimes I feel So Alone. I also loved that we can’t really conceive of what God is at this time. I feel comfortable thinking of God as Source Energy 🤔☺️👍🏼🚀

I love that Wendy touched on our own individual power towards the end of the conversation. I am fairly new to all of this, and recently tried Suzanne Giesemann’s SIP of the Devine technique in which I asked my guides what I needed to know right now; with crystal clarity, I heard (felt) the words « You are a force to be reckoned with ». Hers is the best message and channeling I've ever heard on this show! I can feel and resonate with what she's saying. This doesn't mean I'm cured of all my conflicts; it just means I get what she's saying!

I have lived in this space. Then some trauma happened and I lost it. Limiting beliefs have stopped me from trying to find it again. This was very helpful and encouraging to try again. Thank you!

When she mentioned about being tired and/or sleepy after “download” data or info. It made me wonder about myself because as I, best example, listened to Kryon channel by Lee Carol, I had to stop watching before I fall asleep 😴 then I resumed. I thought it was all because Kryon’s voice is beautiful that lulls me to sleep. Now I did little experiments with breathing, when I start to fall asleep, I breathe deeper and I can feel myself waking up yet remain at theta level until I realize I stopped breathing and falling asleep again. Wow.❤❤❤ thanks Alex namaste 🙏🏼 ❤❤❤

She didn’t explain about altering your physical body. She said you have to alter it. Most people teach eating, yoga, workouts. No. It’s in their belief systems. Your physical body and mind have nothing to do with the alter. The alter happens naturally as belief systems fade.
