I really loved the conversation about the lower beings versus the higher beings and what the emphasis is put on. It's true about higher creative beings, hiding. The lower realms have held creative, kind individuals down and have mocked and treated sensitive people terribly.

Since my early childhood I am always seeing these sparks of light everywhere. I was telling my elderly that there were billions of fireflies around us. They would never believe me and used to joke with it. While getting older I was asking my friend and my sisters if they could see these Sparks of light. They were all saying that I am crasy. These sparks are everywhere. These sparks console and confort me. I am happy to have them in my life wherever I go whatever I feel. I am thankful to Mariko who see them also. I am not that crasy finally. Love you all. ❤

I was just listening to her story where she talks about regretting not living the assignment on her soul. Yes, we have agreements. I truly believe and yes, we want to set milestones to complete in our lifetimes but if you don’t succeed at something, you should never look down on yourself or have that want to complete them. because if we don’t complete them, they weren’t meant to be and that’s just another lesson learned

Writing is healing, its relevant, and, what no one else tells you is that it is fun!

I really resonated with what she said about the memory of other lives. She definitely remembers a whole lot more than I do, but her talking triggered a memory of knowing that I’ve lived before and I’ve had other lives and how could my five-year-old self just be all knowing and not knowing anything at all. One of my first memories was being aware that it was weird that I was a woman in this life. Such a good guest I hope you have her back on again.

I really enjoyed her story more than I can say. I feel like she has so much more to share and hopefully have her on for more conversations. I really resonated with what she said about those of us that are hiding. I think about that exact topic every single day and wondering is just my awareness enough and what is the next step. I ride the dance between wanting to expand and share But also not wanting to be pegged as a looney tune in this 3-D world. 😂Shows like this have made me start my journey taking Energy Healing classes like Qi Gong and reiki so I suppose it’s our human mind that assumes it has to be grand but it’s in the awareness and the simple every day of what we can share with anyone. Not all light workers are able to "get to work" i an outwardly active way due to old age,illness,etc . We can pray ,send healing just do what we can but I think maybe being younger does help! 😊 The spirit is strong but the flesh is weak. Mariko said "the equipment she was using on me." caused the issue. Not sure what that is. Think she's trying to not trigger or scare people away from the treatment, because it was human error, not the treatment. 🤗

I’ve never heard that about lower realm people living their best life. Incredible, it really resonates and now I see how they can do what they do. I’ve always questioned how they could be like that but it is their purpose and they don’t question what they are doing. So interesting. I kind of found it comical as weird as that sounds.

I had something similar, but like you, I didn't have anyone to talk to or tell :-) I'm sorry that you were trolled when you started to share, right when you were being vulnerable with the intention to help--but please do keep going and sharing!!! Very interesting interpretation. Makes sense. Light beings need to not only wake up, but actually do what they're here to do. I like the analogy of eyes vs feet as an explanation of the different realms that souls are experiencing.

Kaaran: Rembrance/Reminiscing is an excellent technique when one is having difficulty with someone.

I've been in pain to the point that I can't take the pain anymore and want to die. And people who work in intense care and emergency rooms act just the same way she explained for the most part. They seem to be stubborn and think half of us should be suffering at home and lack the empathy to see the pain were in. One doctor, when i was in the emergency room, laughed off that her son broke his leg and said to him "your fine" for days until she realized that yes... he needs medical help. I get panic attacks now when i have to get medical attention because i dont know how I'll be treated and if I'll get proper care.

Reincarnation is torture and I think it's horrible and mean. We were promised peace not endless suffering. Also, what are we supposed to do here?If we don't remember what we came here for. Mariko's story slightly reminds me of Jurgen Ziewe's experience of the astral realms, except that his encounter was through OBE, and he talks extensively about the afterlife. Hi. I've noticed there are lots of small flecks of light around Mario's head especially around the 17.26 mark when she talks about getting back in her body and more at 1856 mark. First I thought they were dust particles or pixels playing up on the camera but they all float upwards like embers in a fire being drawn up with the heat, but then at the 20.39 a part manifestion, like floating cobweb, around her head. Ive not even watched the whole episode yet!!!!
