Watch this video in which we have shown changing the original Nordvalla dark grey covers of the EKTORP 3 seat sofa to the new Lofallet beige colour covers.
There are in all 7 colours/designs available. Usually the sofa covers are highly priced. Originally we bought the sofa with grey cover. Since it was almost one and half years since we changed the covers ( though we had washed it a few times) we bought this beige covers as it was not only cheaper compared to the other colours but also we thought it would match our walls in the living room. This cost us ₹4000 while the others are either ₹7000 or ₹10000.
These covers are easy to maintain as they are removable as you see in the video. They can be machine washed and ironed as well, the material being a mix of cotton and polyester.
Changing the sofa covers and matching cushion covers as I have done here gives a new look to the furniture and to the whole room. The 2 plain red GURLI cotton cushion covers are very cheap a ₹179 each and are also available in many more colours. The other red design cover VINTER 2019 costs ₹199 each.
