While I was showing my 82 yr.old mom pictures I had taken, I got your notification (I am subscribed). We both were laughing and enjoying our time together, much like what this video is all about. I came home from my visit with my mother extremely happy and invigorated, full of life!! Was this video a coincidence today? I don't think so. Mom & I had a beautiful moment in time today, thanks to laughter! I totally believe in your message today! Peace and Love, and Laugh!😊

Thanks for sharing Cindy. I will share this with my niece who is working hard with her father. Yoga laughter is a good solution.

Thanks for continuing your podcasts. I recognized you immediately from watching 2 of your NDE videos. I'm getting up in age (63) and have been obsessed lately with reducing stress. Now I know I was right that it is very unhealthy for you. I'm not much for the fake laughter, but I do love a good comedy now and then. After watching this and confirming stress is bad and relaxing is good, I'm going to pour gas on my plans to sell my house, move to the country and watch less news lol.

Not only does it cause medical problems. I’ve had two heart attacks before I was 50. But with anxiety you have three things that can happen. You can fight, you can flight, you can freeze. I happen to be fight or freeze. This is extremely affected my life to have too much anxiety to meet new people, Excel and your job, or to get out and do the things that I love. I’ve had this anxiety my entire life. It is crippling and I have no way out.

Matt did a great job explaining the serious health consequences of stress and how to better control your stress. Always believed laughter was good for the body and soul, but Matt confirmed in such an eloquent way that made perfect sense! Best 45 minutes I've spent in a long time! I'm in your debt. 😂😅🤣🤭👍

Listening to an earlier vid, we are so very similar. The last 18 months I've started meditating and discovering that there is no 'self' , but us, as we're all one. I'm also being drawn to amateur dramatics, as I absolutely adore things creative. Currently I work in the hospital longside occupational therapists and Physiotherapists,, and I absolutely love the interaction with patients, but it doesn't fulfill that creative side of me which is been there as long as I can remember.

Praise God sisters and brothers. I bless God for sharing my testimony with you. We were born four children, but our parents died when we were still young. From that time we struggled with life. Our uncles abandoned us and we scattered from each other to find a way of surviving. I started grazing people's cows, I had nothing to eat because the people I was working for didn't car for me. I used to sleep in the forest with cows. But a time came and I went to work in sugarcane and tobacco plantations, life wasn't easy at all. While there, I started getting dreams of serving God but couldn't believe it because in my family, people had no fear of God. They were Catholics who didn't even pray. But later God told me to stop whatever I was doing and decide to serve Him. But because I wasn't educated, I was doing petty jobs. So I stopped and started preaching the gospel on streets, and in prisons before I got a church. For seven years I was asking God to give me a church where people would always find me. It wasn't easy at all, but I patiently waited until God fulfilled it. On night as I was sleeping, God told me that He was sending me to Mbarara city. By then I didn't know where Mbarara city was because I had never gone there, but He lead me there. Mbarara wasn't easy also at the start but God saw me through and now I thank God that He kept me standing. May God bless you so much. I pledge to obey you and to work with you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ

Thank you for this. Really is Important. I did find it helpful. Will practice more. He's right, I used to watch I Love Lucy reruns to make myself laugh, after awhile, they didn't seem so funny. I was fortunate to have a friend who laughed all the time. It was so much fun to be around her. Contrary to statistics; she died very young. I've missed her a long time. But she is why I look for reasons to laugh. It feels good~

I remember when I was little my friends and I would lay down on the ground you put your head on a person's stomach and then the next person puts their head on that person's stomach and then the first person starts to laugh and then it would get everybody laughing. Thank you for the Memories this is a great video. I think we had seen it on a show on PBS.

That is what stress causes: anxiety. Best to find what takes that anxiety away: maybe music, yoga, or anything that removes your anxiety and keep doing those things, so that if you start to feel anxious, you can return to those things and take away those thoughts giving you anxiety. And pray that God will take your anxiety and give you peace. Don't let a diagnoses control your life, or prevent you from living your best life.
